I offer body-centered, trauma-informed therapy that is tailored to your specific needs. I integrate psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives with somatic and mindfulness-based interventions. I am a certified Hakomi Mindful Somatic Therapist. Hakomi brings curiosity and awareness to our experience so that we can uncover core beliefs and character strategies that no longer serve us. I integrate Somatic Experiencing®—a body-based trauma therapy—into all of my work. I am trained as a Level I PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) therapist. My goal is to help you:
